About the Job

We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Engineer to join our growing team. In this position, you will play a key role in developing robust server-side logic. You will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure efficient data flow and API integrations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about scalable system architecture and wants to make a real impact in a fast-paced environment.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include designing database schemas, monitoring system performance, and proposing improvements. You will be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Key Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of proven experience as a Backend Engineer or similar position.

2. Strong understanding of PHP, Python, or Node.js and Relational and NoSQL databases.

3. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

4. Ability to troubleshoot complex problems efficiently.

He has used several Linux distributions on personal projects including Debian, Slackware, CrunchBang, and others.
